Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Deputy Manager/Senior Engineer/Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil):
B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline with 60% marks (full-time course from recognized university).
Officer (Safety):
Degree in Engineering (any discipline) + Diploma in Industrial Safety (approved by State Govt./RLI).
Officer (HR & Admin):
MBA/MSW/Post Graduate Degree in HR/IR/PM (2 years full-time course).
Officer (Finance):
CA/CMA (ICWA)/MBA (Finance) (2 years full-time course).
2. Experience Required
Deputy Manager: 8+ years
Senior Engineer: 5+ years
Engineer: 3+ years
Officer (Safety/HR/Finance): 2+ years
3. Age Limit (as on 05-06-2025)
Deputy Manager: Max 45 years
Senior Engineer: Max 40 years
Engineer: Max 35 years
Officer: Max 30 years
(Age relaxation as per Govt. norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.)
