✅ Age Limit:
– Maximum 35 years as on 15th May 2025.
– Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC (NCL): 3 years, PwBD: 10 years, ESM: As per GOI norms, Departmental candidates: No upper age limit.
✅ Pay Scale:
Level-10 (₹ 56,100-1,77,500) for all DVC Deputy Manager posts.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Dy. Manager (Mechanical) (Erection): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical (65% for UR/OBC/EWS, 60% for SC/ST/PwBD), 4 years’ executive experience including 3 years in erection/testing/commissioning of boilers/turbines in 210 MW+ coal-based thermal power projects. Desirable: Degree/Diploma in Project Management.
(2) Dy. Manager (Civil) (Construction): B.E./ B.Tech in Civil (65% for UR/OBC/EWS, 60% for SC/ST/PwBD), 4 years’ executive experience including 3 years in civil works for 210 MW+ coal-based thermal power projects. Desirable: Degree/ Diploma in Project Management.
(3) Dy. Manager (Electrical) (Erection): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical (65% for UR/OBC/EWS, 60% for SC/ST/PwBD), 4 years’ executive experience including 3 years in erection of electrical equipment in 210 MW+ coal-based thermal power projects. Desirable: Degree/Diploma in Project Management.
(4) Dy. Manager (C&I) (Erection): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/ Control & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation (65% for UR/OBC/EWS, 60% for SC/ST/PwBD), 4 years’ executive experience including 3 years in C&I systems erection in 210 MW+ coal-based thermal power projects. Desirable: Degree/Diploma in Project Management.
(5) Dy. Manager (Safety): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/ Civil/ Electronics/ Control & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation (65% for UR/OBC/EWS, 60% for SC/ST/PwBD), Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Safety, 4 years’ executive experience including 3 years in occupational safety planning/implementation. Desirable: Qualified in Viva-Voce test for West Bengal.
(6) Dy. Manager (Environment Management): B.E./ B.Tech in Environment Management or Graduate with PG Degree/ Diploma/ M.Sc./ M.Tech in Environment Engineering/ Science/ System Management (65% for UR/OBC/EWS, 60% for SC/ST/PwBD), 4 years’ executive experience including 3 years in environmental management in 210 MW+ thermal power projects. Desirable: Degree/Diploma in Project Management.

✔️ Psychometric Test and Personal Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via DVC website/email.
✔️ Documents Verification.

✔️ SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ESM/ Departmental candidates: Exempted.
